摘    要:目的 :探讨常压下模拟高住 (相当于海拔 30 0 0m)低练对大鼠促红细胞生成素及红细胞相关指标的影响。方法 :40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为四组 :低住安静组、低住低练组、常压高住安静组和常压高住低练组 ,高住组大鼠每天在模拟 30 0 0m高度休息 1 2h ,运动组大鼠每天在常氧状态下进行速度为 2 5m/min的跑台训练 ,1h/d,5d/w ,测定 4w后大鼠血清EPO、Hb、RBC及HCT变化。结果 :常压高住安静组和常压高住低练组大鼠血清EPO、Hb、RBC及HCT值均显著增加 (P <0 0 1、P<0 0 5) ,为提高机体摄氧水平提供了可能

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of simulated HiLo training(altitude 3000m) on serum erythropoietin and related indexes of erythrocyte in rats. Method Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly parted into four groups: sedentary living-low, trained living-low, sedentary living-high, trained living-high. The living-high rats stayed in a room of 14.5% oxygen everyday for 12 hours, and the trained rats ran on a treadmill at speed of 25m/min for 1hr/day, 5days/week. After four weeks,the serum erythropoietin(EPO),hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell (RBC)and haematocrit(HCT)were determined.Result The serum EPO, Hb, HCT, the number of RBC in sedentary living-high group were significantly higher than those in sedentary living-low group respectively,and the same reults were to trained living-high group,compared with trained living-low.Conclusion The intermittent hypoxia could increase the levels of EPO, Hb, RBC and HCT,which made it possible for the blood to transport more oxygen to the body.
