糖尿病并发周围神经病变相关因素分析

目的：了解空腹血糖、血压、胆固醇、甘油三酯与糖尿病并发周围神经病为关系。方法：将糖尿病患者300例分成有周围神经病变及无神经病变两组，以空腹血糖，血压，胆固醇，甘油三酯为观察指标，分析糖尿病各种相关因素导致周围神经病变的机率。结果：糖尿病患者中，血糖升高者较血糖正常者并发神经病变机率大（P＜0．01）。结论：高血压糖是糖病患者并发周围神经病主要因素。

Analysis on correlated factors for diabetes that were complicated by peripheral nerve lesion

Objective: To determine the relationship between fasting blood-glucose , Bp, cholesterol, triglyceride and peripheral nerve lesion . Methods: 300 cases with diabetes were divided into two groups that was peripheral nerve lesion group and no-peripheral nerve lesion-group. To take fasting blood-glucose, blood pressure ,cholesterol and triglyceride as were observed index. To analyse a variety of relevance factors about diabetes that lead up to proportion of peripheral nerve lesion. Result:Rate of that complicated by peripheral nerve lesion of the patients with high blood glucose were higher than the patients had normal blood gl ucose(P<0.01) . Conclusion: Hight blood glucose were main factors that patients with diabetes were complicated by peripheral nerve lesion.
