急慢性白血病患者骨髓微血管密度变化及临床意义

目的探讨急慢性白血病患者骨髓血管新生情况与临床病情的关系。方法应用免疫组化染色(SP二步法)检测32例初诊白血病患者治疗前后骨髓活检标本微血管密度(MVD)变化。结果初诊急慢性白血病患者骨髓MVD[(21.48±8.50)/hpf]明显高于对照组[(9.29±3.53)/hpf](P<0.01);化疗后缓解者骨髓MVD[(13.09±6.84)/hpf]较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),与对照组相比无显著差异(P=0.067)。结论初诊白血病患者骨髓存在血管新生,骨髓MVD变化与临床病情有关,观察骨髓MVD有助于判断疗效和评估预后。

ABNORMALITY AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF BONE MARROW MICROVESSEL DENSITY IN ACUTE AND CHRONIC LEUKEMIA

Objective To investigate the role of angiogenesis in acute and chronic leukemia and its correlation with clinical condition.Methods We assayed bone marrow biopsies by immunohistochemical staining for 32 newly diagnosed leukemia patients and those who received induction chemotherapy.Results The bone marrow MVD [(21.48±8.50)/hpf]of the newly diagnosed acute and chronic leukemia patients was significantly higher than that of the control group[(9.29±3.53)/hpf](P<0.01).The bone marrow MVD of the remission group [(13.09±6.84)/hpf] was significantly lower than that of newly diagnosed group(P<0.01).And no significant difference was found in the remission group of leukemia and the control group(P=0.067).Conclusion Angiogenesis played a role in the bone marrow of newly diagnosed acute and chronic leukemia.Abnormality of bone marrow MVD was related with clinical features.Detection of bone marrow MVD could be one of the indicators for recuperative effect and prognosis of leukemia patients.
