| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨P16、Cyclin D1在外阴鳞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法,检测32例外阴鳞状上皮增生、32例VIN、34例外阴鳞癌组织标本中P16、Cyclin D1的表达。结果:与正常皮肤及外阴鳞状上皮增生相比,VIN组织中P16的阳性率降低,Cyclin D1的阳性率升高,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。VIN及鳞癌组织中,组织分级越高,P16蛋白缺失、Cyclin D1过表达越明显。结论:P16蛋白缺失与Cyclin D1过表达在外阴鳞癌发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the significance of P16 and CyclinD1 expression in squamous cell hyperplasia and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) of vulva.Methods: The expression of P16 and CyclinD1 was investigated immunohistochemically with SABC method.32 cases of squamous cell hyperplasia,32 cases of VIN and 34 cases of SCC of vulva were included.Results:VIN group showed a dramatic reduction in P16 expression and an increase in CyclinD1 expression compared to the normal tissue(P<0.01) and squamous cell hyperplasia(P<0.05).In VIN and SCC group,the loss of P16 and overexpression of CyclinD1 occurred mainly in the tissue of higher histological grades.Conclusion: The loss of P16 and overexpression of CyclinD1 may contribute to the happening and developing of SCC of vulva. |
