EVALUATION OF A CALCULATING PLATE MODEL Y-I FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF MICRO-HEMATOCRIT. |

| Abstract: | Abstract:A calculating plate model Y-I designed by author is a new type of instruments for themeasurement of hematocrit (HCT). It is made from a front covering board, bottom board,slide frame and slideruler plate which is main part of it and can keep horizontal movement,and with graduation on the slideruler plate which is divided into 200 portions according to aprinciple of right triangle and there are 200 straight lines that is calculating guage which indicates the reading of HCT from 0-100%,but it can be distinguished to 0. 5% and achieve criteria.We measured the HCT in 188 in-patients with finger blood. The results showed that thequalified rate of double reading of HCT was 82. 98% compared to triangle reading platewhich made in Shengyang was 49. 4% and 64. 01 % in reading equipment which made in USArespectively (X2= 46. 81,P<0. 005), it is significant different. |
