某院肿瘤相关科室医务人员临终关怀认知现状调查

目的 了解临床医务人员对临终关怀的认知、态度及行为,为临床开展临终关怀工作提供依据.方法 自行设计问卷,对某院136名肿瘤相关科室临床医务人员进行临终关怀认知、态度及行为现状调查.结果 临床医务人员对临终关怀认知有限,对于临终关怀知识的概念、内容、宗旨完全了解的只有14.7%、9.6%、6.6%;知识来源渠道较多,但是知识不全面.态度方面,主张告知患者及家属真实病情的(4.18±0.68)分,对想象中患者死亡持积极处理态度(3.87±0.83)分;行为方面,最大限度控制患者疼痛(3.30±0.84)分;创造能满足临终患者的身心需要的医院环境(3.42±0.88)分;积极临终治疗和临终护理(3.75±0.85)分.结论 临床医务人员对临终关怀的态度及行为比较积极,但知识有限.医院应加强临床医务人员临终关怀教育,采取措施推进临终关怀工作的开展.

Survey on the Cognition of Hospice Care Knowledge of the Medical Staff in Tumor-associated Departments of Certain Hospital
