摘    要:
目的 制备维生素K1注射乳,并考察其在小鼠体内的分布情况。方法 采用微射流仪制备维生素K1注射乳;维生素K1注射乳剂和普通注射剂尾静脉注射至小鼠体内,采用HPLC法测定维生素K1在小鼠体内各组织的浓度。结果 维生素K1注射乳粒径为(172.2±63.0)nm,注射给药后,维生素K1注射乳组的肝、脾中维生素K1的AUC值分别为注射液组的2.34和2.70倍。结论 维生素K1注射乳在小鼠体内具有显著肝、脾靶向性

Abstract:
Objective To prepare vitamin K1 emulsion for injection, and evaluate its in vivo distribution in mice. Methods Vitamin K1 emulsion for injection was prepared by microfluidizer treatment. The vitamin K1 emulsion and conventional vitamin K1 injection were administered into mice through tail-vein, and the drug concentrations in various tissues were determined by HPLC method. Results The resulted emulsion showed a mean diameter of (172.2±63.0) nm. After the administration of emulsion formulation, the AUC values of vitamin K1 in liver and spleen were 2.34 and 2.70 times higher than conventional vitamin K1 injection, respectively. Conclusions The results show that vitamin K1 emulsion possessed better targeting ability to liver and spleen.
