儿童左右主支气管横纹肌肉瘤伴纵隔蔓延

本文报道一例罕见的发生于儿童左右主支气管的横纹肌肉瘤之尸检病例。其特征是肿瘤自左右主支气管壁是葡萄状息肉样向腔内生长，同时蔓延至中纵隔；肿瘤组织结构含三个类型，属混合型。结合文献，对横纹肌肉瘤的诊断、组织学类型、组织起源及临床死亡原因进行了探讨。

Child primary Bronchi Rhabdomyosarcoma with Mediastinum Spreading-An autopsy case report

One rare autopsy case of child primary bronchi rhabdomyosarcoma was reported. The tumor characteristic was that it developed from primary bronchi wallto intraduct, like hydatid and polyp,and spread to mechstinum simultaneously; the tumor structure consisted of three types which belonged to mixed type. According to the reference, the rhabdomyos arcomatous diagnosis, histotype and histogenensis, and death reason were discussed.
