声刺激在新生儿听力筛查中的应用

 目的 为探讨新生儿的听力筛查简便可行的方法，早期发现听觉障碍，及早进行矫治，以促进先天性听力损伤恢复。方法 通过3档发声强度分别为75 db、85 db、100 db音强刺激检测新生儿非条件反射反应，借以识别其听力状态，并对可疑聋儿进行听性脑干反应测听(ABR)追踪随访。结果 在1997年3月～1999年3月期间对500例新生儿进行听力筛查测试，发现可疑听觉障碍儿26例52耳，发生率为5.2％；高危新生儿听觉障碍12例24耳，发生率为2.4％；正常新生儿组中14例28耳，发生率为3.17％。ABR追踪随访结果与声刺激检测结果具有相关性。结论 声刺激检测新生儿听力能代表绝大多数新生儿听力状态，且检测记录方便，理应做为新生儿听力筛查的方法之一。

Application of sound stimulation to hearing screening in neonatals

Objective To evaluate the validity of the sound stimulation in neonatal hearing screening,for early detection and treatment or rehabilitation of hearing disability.Methods Hearing was examined in 500 neonatals by stimulating the non-conditional reflex reaction with different acoustic frequencies in speech threshold.And auditory brainstem response(ABR) was followed up in neonatals with suspiected deafness.Results Suspicious hearing disability was detected in 26 cases(5.2%),and high risk hearing disability in 12 cases (2.4%).The result of ABR follow-up was correlated with sound stimulation test.Conclusions Sound stimulation test is simple,convenient and economic in neonatal hearing screening,so that it is a good method for early detection of hearing disability.
