降钙素在种植窗期子宫内膜的表达及其与不孕的关系

为探讨降钙素 (CT)在子宫内膜中的表达规律及其与不孕的关系。运用特异单克隆抗体 ,采用免疫组化方法 ,对 37份分别取自正常月经周期第 7～ 2 8d的内膜及 2 0份不同原因不孕症患者“种植窗”期的子宫内膜 ,进行了 CT表达的检测。结果发现 :CT特异性表达于“种植窗”期子宫内膜 ,与正常妇女相比 ,输卵管阻塞性不孕患者子宫内膜中 CT表达无差异 ,子宫内膜异位症、不明原因不孕患者子宫内膜中 CT表达明显减少。提示 :CT参与种植窗期子宫内膜容受性形成 ,CT表达异常 ,可能是导致不孕的重要因素。

Expression of Calcitonin in Cycling Endo metrium and Its Relationship with Infertility

The changes of calcitonin expression in cycling endometrium and its relationship with infertility were investigated. Expression of calcitonin in endometrium was detected in 37 normal cycling women during different menstrual phases and 26 cases of infertility during mid luteal phase by immunohistochemisty technique. Results showed calcitonin was expressed only in the mid luteal. Compared with normal women, immunostaining of CT in the mid luteal endometrium with endometrasis, unexplained infertility was significantly weaker. These findings suggest calcitonin may play important roles in the process of implantation.It might be a new reliable marker of uterine receptivity.Abnomal endometrial calcitonin expression might be the major cause of infertility.
