| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药三黄汤加味外用治疗指(趾)残端感染的临床疗效。方法对47例(54指、5趾)残端感染患者,予三黄汤加味浸泡外用,观察残端愈合及功能恢复情况。结果经2.5~13.5周(平均5.4周)治疗,治愈33例(37指、3趾),显效7例(7指),好转3例(5指、1趾),无效4例(5指、1趾),总有效率为89.8%。结论三黄汤加味外用治疗指(趾)残端感染疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Sanhuang Decoction used externally for curing the infection of finger (toe)stump. Method The cases (n=47,54 fingers and 5 toes)of the infection of finger (toe)stump were treated with the soak of Modified Sanhuang Decoction,and the healing and functional recovery of the stump were observed.
