| 摘 要： | 目的:通过重庆市三甲医院院长现状调查,为进一步研究院长职业化做准备.方法:采用文献分析、专家访谈等方法对17所三甲医院分类,重点分析12所地方三甲医院77位院长的基本信息.结果:男性57人;年龄在45～55之间68人;中共党员62人;本科以上学历49人;学士以上学位61人;具有副主任医师及以上职称者59人;临床医学出身50人;从事管理工作5年以上68人;任院长前从事临床48人;重庆医科大学毕业34人;社会兼职41人;仍承担临床任务37人.结论:院长基本现状与全国无明显差异,但在重庆三甲一条街激励竞争的医疗环境下,能够生存发展和壮大,说明院长们已具备较高的管理和领导才能,为进一步研究重庆市三甲医院院长职业化做了充分的准备.
