江苏省南京市某高校大学生预防艾滋病健康教育效果评价

目的了解南京市某高校大学生艾滋病的相关知识、健康教育需求，评价健康教育效果，为制定学校健康教育策略提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法，在健康教育开展前后对抽取的660余名大学生匿名进行相同问卷调查。结果干预后与干预前相比，大学生对蚊虫叮咬不能传播艾滋病的知晓率从58．6％提高到74．8％。干预后，大学生对“及早治愈性病可减少感染艾滋病的危险”和“合理营养与运动，增加抵抗力不能避免感染艾滋病”的知晓率仍较低，分别为67．9％和33．9％。多因素结果显示，艾滋病知识得分与上大学前接受艾滋病知识教育，就读学校开展健康性观念教育和登陆色情网站呈正相关（P〈0．01），与共用针头或针管注射呈负相关。大学生现有知识来源主要是网络（64．6％），希望获得知识的途径是学校健康教育（70．7％）。结论大学生艾滋病知识掌握不全面，艾滋病健康教育的力度应得到加强。广播、网络宣传等宣传媒介可提高大学生对艾滋病的认知，可作为健康教育的主要方式。

Effect valuation on AIDS health education among college students in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province

Objective To investigate college students' knowledge and needs for health education about AIDS in Nanjing City,to evaluate the effects of AIDS health education,and to provide scientific reference for the policy-making of health education.Methods With random cluster sampling,662 students were surveyed with an anonymous questionnaire both before and after the health education.Results The awareness rate of "Mosquito can trassmit HIV" was raised from 58.6% before the intervention to 74.8% after the intervention.The awareness rates of"Curing STD early can decreace the chance of AIDS infection"and "Rational nutrition and exercise can enhance the resistibility" were still lower,67.9% and 33.9% respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that the AIDS knowledge score positively correlated with receiving AIDS health education before college,carrying out "love and view of virtue" health education in college and logging on pornographic websites(P<0.01),and passively correlated with needle sharing(P<0.01).The existing knowledge source was mainly network(64.6%),but their anticipant source was school health education(70.7%).Conclusion The college sdudents did not have comprehensive AIDS knowledge,and AIDS health education should be strengthened.Broadcast,network and other sounding approaches could improve the AIDS recognition level which would be considered as the major form of health education.
