摘    要:本文用Wistar大鼠80只,尼龙线堵塞法建立可再灌流的急性脑缺血动物模型,随机分为闭塞和再灌流两大组。根据血糖水平不同,每组又分为5个亚组。术后测定神经功能及梗塞灶体积。发现再灌流组高血糖和重度低血糖大鼠较正常血糖大鼠神经功能评分低,梗塞灶大,统计学均有显著差异。非再灌流组,只有重度低血糖大鼠较正常血糖大鼠神经功能评分低,梗塞灶大,其它各组之间神经功能评分和梗塞灶体积均无显著差异。结果表明,高血糖和重度低血糖加重脑缺血性损伤,而且血糖与局部脑缺血的影响与再灌流密切相关

Abstract:We used nylon suture method to establish an acute reperfusible focal cerebral ischemia animal model. Eighty male Wistar rats were randomly divided in to 5 reperfusion groups and 5 non-reperfusion groups. All groups were controled to have different blood glucose level, which was achieved by insulin or glucose injected before operation. The neurological scores and infarction volume were taken and measured after operation. In reperfusion group, hyperglycemic and significantly hypoglycemic rats showed lower neurological score (p<0 01) and greater infarction volume (p<0.05), compared with rats with normal blood glucose level. In non-reperfusion group, no significant difference was found except lower neurological score demonstrated by significantly hypoglycemic rats . These findings indicated that the effect of blood glucose on ischemia was closely related to reperfusion.
