| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脾动脉介入栓塞术治疗脾功能亢进的护理。方法:对22例脾动脉栓塞术的有关护理措施进行归纳总结结果:术后随访6个月,B超示脾脏逐渐缩小,红、白细胞及血小板逐渐恢复正常。结论:认真细致的术前、术后护理是保证介入治疗成功及促进其术后康复的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss clinic nursing of using interposition embolism skill to cure hypersplenism. Method: Sum up the concerning nursing measures of 22 cases of lienartery embolism skill. Results: After the operation of 22 patients, they were interviewed at random for six months, B ultrasonic shows that spleen and live became smaller gradually, red and white blood cells and blood platelets get right gradually. Conclusion:Having a good nursing before the operation, in the operation and after the operation and giving a correct guide of leaving hospital is the key to guarantee the success of interposition treatment and to improve the healing of the patients after the operation. |
