应用腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的技巧及应用效果评析

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的手术技巧及应用效果。方法:收集100例本院2016年1月~2018年12月收治的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者,随机分为传统组(行开放性手术治疗,50例)和腹腔镜组(行腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿切除术,50例),比较两组患者手术切除肌瘤时间、手术失血量、卧床时间、术后首次排气时间;治疗前后患者生活质量评分;并发症发生率。结果:腹腔镜组患者生活质量评分、手术切除肌瘤时间、手术失血量、卧床时间、术后首次排气时间、并发症发生率均明显优于传统组,P<0.05。结论:卵巢巧克力囊肿患者实施腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿切除术效果确切,可有效改善患者症状,提高生活质量,创伤小,失血少。

Techniques and Application of Laparoscopic Surgery for Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

Objective:To explore the surgical techniques and application effects of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian chocolate cysts.Methods:A total of 100 patients with ovarian chocolate cysts admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the traditional group(open surgery,50 cases)and the laparoscopic group(laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cysts).Resection,(50 cases).The time between surgical resection of fibroids,blood loss during surgery,bed rest time,and first exhaust time after surgery were compared between the two groups.The quality of life scores of patients before and after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared.Results:The quality of life scores,surgical resection time,blood loss,bed rest time,postoperative first exhaust time,and complication rate of patients in the laparoscopic group were significantly better than those in the traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst resection is effective in patients with ovarian chocolate cysts.It can effectively improve patients'symptoms,improve quality of life,have less trauma and less blood loss,and should be clinically applied.
