超声弹性成像对乳腺实性结节的诊断价值分析

目的:深入分析超声弹性成像对乳腺实性结节的诊断价值。方法:选取2016年8月~2018年8月到本院进行乳腺实性结节诊断的100例患者作为本次的观察对象,在其他条件相同的情况下,分别为100例乳腺实性结节患者实施彩色多普勒超声检查,然后应用超声弹性成像将乳腺实性结节的影像特点和超声血流分布情况清晰的呈现出来,将超声弹性成像和常规超声诊断结果进行比较。结果:良性结节与恶性结节的弹性分级有明显的差异,超声弹性成像对于恶性结节的灵敏度为86%、特异度为93%,诊断准确率为95%,明显比常规彩色多普勒超声诊断的结果准确率高。结论:诊断乳腺实性结节应用超声弹性成像具有较高的诊断准确率,能够有效地帮助主治医生对患者的病情进行鉴别,提高临床治疗的效率,促进患者生活质量的提升。

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound Elastography in Breast Solid Nodules

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography in breast solid nodules.Methods:August 2016-August 2018 to our hospital for breast solid nodules diagnosis of 100 patients as the observation object,the same situation in other conditions,respectively,of the 100 patients with breast solid nodules implementation of color doppler ultrasound,then the application of ultrasound elasticity imaging characteristics of the image of breast solid nodules and clear,ultrasonic blood flow distribution of the ultrasonic and conventional ultrasound elasticity imaging diagnosis.Results:There were significant differences in the elastic grading between benign and malignant nodules.The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonic elastography for malignant nodules were 86%,93%,and the diagnostic accuracy was 95%,which was obviously higher than that of conventional color doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:The application of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of solid breast nodules has a high diagnostic accuracy,which can effectively help the doctors to identify patients'conditions,improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,and promote the improvement of patients'quality of life.
