不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响效果观察

目的:分析不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响效果。方法:选取本院2018年4月~2019年4月接收的76例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,76例患者均采用根管填充进行治疗,共治疗患牙120颗。将120颗患者基于治疗后X线片显示的填充程度不同将其分为观察组1、观察组2、观察组3,每组患牙40例,观察组1为欠充治疗,观察组2为适充治疗,观察组3为超充治疗,观察这三组患牙的治疗有效率。结果:观察组2中治疗显效27例、治疗有效10例,总治疗有效率为92.50%(37/40);观察组3中治疗显效16例、治疗有效12例,总治疗有效率为70.00%(28/40);观察组1中治疗显效13例、治疗有效10例,总治疗有效率为57.50%(23/40),三组之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于牙体牙髓患者采用根管填充进行治疗时,采用适充可以取得更好的治疗效率。

Effect of Different Root Canal Filling Degrees on the Treatment of Dental Pulp Patients

Objective:To analyze the effects of different degrees of root canal filling on the treatment of dental pulp patients.Methods:A total of 76 patients with dental pulp disease received in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All 76 patients were treated with root canal filling,and a total of 120 teeth were treated.The 120 patients were divided into observation group 1,observation group 2,and observation group 3 based on the filling degree shown by the X-ray films after treatment.Each group had 40 cases of teeth.The observation group 1 was underfilled and the observation group 2 was Suitable filling treatment,observation group 3 is overfilling treatment,and observe the treatment efficiency of the three groups of affected teeth.Results:In the observation group 2,27 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 92.50%(37/40).In the observation group 3,16 cases were markedly effective and 12 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 70.00%(28/40);In the observation group 1,13 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 57.50%(23/40).The differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with dental pulp and endodontics,proper filling can achieve better treatment efficiency.
