超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肝囊肿临床疗效观察

目的:研究超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肝囊肿的临床疗效。方法:自本院收治的肝囊肿患者中选取48例进行本次研究,按照患者入院编号的奇偶性进行分组,其中编号为奇数的24例划入观察组,编号为偶数的24例划入对照组,给予观察组患者无水乙醇硬化剂进行超声引导下穿刺介入治疗,给予对照组患者手术切除治疗,就两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者接受超声引导下穿刺治疗的手术时间、住院时间与费用与腹腔镜手术的对照组患者相比较明显更低(P<0.05);结论:超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肝囊肿,选择无水乙醇作为硬化剂治疗能够有效改善患者的临床症状。

Clinical Observation of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Interventional Therapy for Hepatic Cyst

Objective:To study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous interventional therapy for hepatic cyst.Methods:48 patients with hepatic cyst admitted to our hospital were selected for this study,and were divided into groups according to the parity of patients'admission numbers.Among them,24 patients with odd numbers were assigned to the observation group and 24 patients with even numbers were assigned to the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The operation time,hospitalization time and expenses of the patients in the observation group receiving ultrasound-guided puncture therapy were significantly lower than those in the control group undergoing laparoscopic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided percutaneous interventional treatment of hepatic cyst and selection of absolute ethanol as sclerosing agent can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
