铜川地区护理人员职业幸福感调查分析

摘    要:目的 了解铜川地区医疗机构护理人员职业幸福感及其影响因素,为医院管理者健全护理人员管理制度、优化护理人员职业环境提供借鉴与参考。方法 2022年3月至6月采用随机数表法选取铜川地区3家公立医院并抽取部分护士进行问卷调查。结果 铜川地区护理人员职业幸福感评分为(78.77±12.87)分;护理人员职业幸福感5个维度中,具备率及维度平均得分由高到低依次为:社会支持维度、价值能力维度、工作环境维度、身心健康维度、经济收入维度;性别和月收入是护理人员职业幸福感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 铜川地区护理人员职业幸福感受多种因素影响,目前处于中等偏下的水平,其中经济收入和身心健康应重点关注并加以改善。医院管理者需依据护理人员职业幸福感的主要影响因素采取针对性干预措施改善现状水平,以实现护理行业的健康可持续发展。

Investigation and analysis of occupational well being of nursing staff in Tongchuan area

Abstract:Objective To understand the professional well-being of nursing staff in Tongchuan area medical institutions and its influencing factors, so as to provide reference and reference for hospital managers to improve the management system of nursing staff and optimize the professional environment of nursing staff. Methods From March to June 2022, three public hospitals in Tongchuan area were selected by random number table method and some nurses were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The occupational well-being score of nursing staff in Tongchuan area was (78.77±12.87); among the five dimensions of occupational well-being of nursing staff, the mean scores of possession rate and dimensions were, in descending order: social support dimension, value ability dimension, work environment dimension, physical and mental health dimension, and economic income dimension; gender and monthly income were the influencing factors of occupational well-being of nursing staff (P<0.05) . Conclusion The occupational well-being of nursing staff in Tongchuan is affected by many factors and is currently at a moderate to low level, among which economic income and physical and mental health should be focused on and improved. Hospital managers need to take targeted interventions to improve the current level according to the main influencing factors of nursing staff"s occupational well-being in order to achieve the healthy and sustainable development of the nursing profession.
