电针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

目的:探讨电针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:研究对象为本单位2016年9月~2019年9月收治的86例神经根型颈椎病患者,应用SPSS 19.0软件将其分为治疗组和对照组,组间一般资料差异不显著(P>0.05)。采用推拿疗法用于对照组患者,采用推拿联合电针疗法用于治疗组患者。观察两组患者的治疗有效率以及疼痛程度改善情况。结果:治疗组患者中治愈、显效、有效和无效患者分别为20例、13例、8例和2例,总治疗有效率为95.35%;对照组患者中治愈、显效、有效和无效患者分别为12例、11例、10例和10例,总治疗有效率为76.74%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组和对照组患者的疼痛程度评分分别为(1.85±0.77)和(3.91±1.34),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对神经根型颈椎病患者应用电针仪进行治疗,有助于提高患者的治疗有效率,缓解疼痛。

Effect of Electroacupuncture on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective:To explore the effect of Electroacupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:86 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted by our center from September 2016 to September 2019 were divided into study group and control group by SPSS 19.0 software.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The patients in the control group were treated with massage and the patients in the study group were treated with massage and electroacupuncture.The effective rate of treatment and the improvement of pain were observed.Results:In the study group,20,13,8 and 2 patients were cured,effective and ineffective,respectively,with a total effective rate of 95.35%;in the control group,12,11,10 and 10 patients were cured,effective,effective and ineffective,with a total effective rate of 76.74%,with a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain degree in the study group and the control group were(1.85±0.77)and(3.91±1.34)respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of electroacupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is helpful to improve the treatment efficiency and relieve the pain.
