观察胸部CT对胸片阴性自发性气胸的临床诊断价值

目的:对胸部CT检查胸片阴性自发性气胸的临床诊断价值进行调研和分析。方法:选择2017年6月~2019年6月到本院及上级医院接受自发性气胸治疗的68例患者作为调研对象,所有患者均接受X线检查和胸部CT检查,将病理学检查结果作为参照标准,观察并对比两种检查方法的检查结果。结果:CT检查阳性率94.12%明显高于X线检查80.88%,阴性率5.88%低于X线检查19.12%;CT检查的诊断准确率95.59%明显高于X线检查67.65%(P<0.05)。结论:相比较X线检查,采用胸部CT检查的诊断效果更好。

Clinical Value of Chest CT on Chest Radiograph Negative Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical diagnostic value of spontaneous pneumothorax with negative chest radiograph.Methods:Sixty-eight patients who underwent spontaneous pneumothorax treatment from June 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital and higher hospitals were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent X-ray examination and chest CT examination,and the results of pathological examination were used as reference.Standard,observation group and compare the inspection results of the two inspection methods.Results:The positive rate was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than the X-ray examination,80.88%,and the negative rate was 5.88%,which was lower than the X-ray examination,19.12%.The diagnostic accuracy rate of the CT examination was 95.59%,which was significantly higher than the X-ray examination,67.65%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with X-ray examination,chest CT examination has a better diagnosis effect and is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
