阴道镜与宫颈HPV检测对宫颈癌及癌前病变检出率的临床对照观察

目的:研究分析利用阴道镜和宫颈HPV检测对宫颈癌及癌前病变检出率的临床效果。方法:研究分析本院2017年3月~2018年12月筛查的宫颈癌患者270例,患者进行液基细胞学检查后,再进行阴道镜和宫颈HPV检测,比较两种检测方法的检出率、灵敏度、准确率和诊断率。结果:阴道镜宫颈病变的阳性检出率为75%,HPV对宫颈病变的阳性检出率为70%,比较数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05);阴道镜宫颈癌检测的灵敏度和准确率均优于HPV检测方法,组间比较数据差异显著(P<0.05);阴道镜联合HPV检测对宫颈癌及癌前病变的诊断率明显高于单独使用阴道镜或HPV检测,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:阴道镜和宫颈HPV检测在宫颈癌和癌前病变的检测各有优势,在实际临床使用中应结合患者特点,减少漏诊情况,对患者进行早期诊断,利于患者后期治疗,提高患者生存率及生活质量。

Clinical Comparative Observation of Colposcopy and Cervical HPV Detection on Detection Rates of Cervical Cancer and Precancerous Lesions

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of the detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions using colposcopy and cervical HPV detection.Methods:270 cases of cervical cancer screened in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were studied and analyzed.After liquid-based cytology,patients were tested for colposcopy and cervical HPV,and the detection of the two detection methods was compared.Rate,sensitivity,accuracy,diagnostic rate.Results:The positive detection rate of colposcopy for cervical lesions was 75%,the positive detection rate of HPV for cervical lesions was 70%,and the comparison data was statistically different(P<0.05);the sensitivity and accuracy of colposcopy for cervical cancer detection Both were superior to HPV detection methods,and the comparison data between the groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The diagnostic rate of colposcopy combined with HPV detection for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions was significantly higher than using colposcopy or HPV detection alone,and the data differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colposcopy and cervical HPV detection have their own advantages in the detection of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.In actual clinical use,the characteristics of patients should be combined to reduce missed diagnosis,early diagnosis of patients,which is conducive to later treatment of patients and improve patient survival rate.And quality of life.
