针灸联合药物外敷对上热下寒型痤疮患者临床症状及生活质量影响

目的:探讨采用针灸联合药物外敷方案对改善上热下寒型痤疮患者症状,提高其生活质量的作用。方法:选择本院2018年1月~2018年10月收治上热下寒型痤疮患者计110例,随机分为采用自制中药面膜外敷对照组(n=55)与联合针灸方案治疗的实验组(n=55),对比治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后体质积分低于对照组,P<0.05;皮损积分低于对照组,P<0.05;DLQI评分低于对照组,P<0.05;复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对上热下寒型痤疮患者采用针灸联合中药外敷方案治疗疗效理想,可改善体质,减轻皮损,可降低复发率,有利于提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with External Application on Clinical Symptoms and Quality of Life in Patients with Acne due to Upper-heat and Lower-cold

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with external application of drugs on improving the symptoms and improving the quality of life of acne patients with upper and lower cold.Methods:A total of 110 acne patients with upper-cold and lower-cold acne were selected from our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018,and were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=55)with a homemade traditional Chinese medicine mask and the combined acupuncture program(n=55),comparing treatment effects.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;the physique score was lower than that in the control group after treatment,P<0.05;the skin lesion score was lower than in the control group,P<0.05;the recurrence rate was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with upper-heat and lower-cold acne is ideally effective,which can improve physical fitness,reduce skin lesions,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life of patients.
