乳腺炎与乳腺癌的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断价值

目的:研究乳腺炎与乳腺癌的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取2016年11月~2018年11月到本院进行病理检查确诊为乳腺炎或者乳腺癌的30例患者作为本次的研究对象,其中诊断出乳腺炎的患者有13例,诊断出乳腺癌的患者有16例,在条件相同的情况下为这30例患者进行MRI诊断。结果:13例乳腺炎患者通过MRI诊断发现患者的临床症状为乳房增大、乳头凹陷、皮肤增厚、腺体内出现条片状的异常信号,且信号不断增强,13例乳腺炎患者中有4例患者出现了脓腔、2例患者的乳腺内侧呈现出形状不规则肿块并且边缘毛刺;16例乳腺癌患者通过MRI诊断发现,其中12例患者的临床症状为多发界面以及单发界面不清晰、出现了不均匀强化肿块,边缘较为毛躁,有4例乳腺癌患者通过MRI诊断没有发现肿块,且腺体的信号强度不均匀,在临床表现上出现乳房增大、乳头凹陷、皮肤增厚、且乳晕明显强化的情况。结论:在临床医学上乳腺炎和乳腺癌的影像学表现均有各自的特点,但某些特殊的乳腺炎和乳腺癌类型容易在诊断的过程中出现混淆的情况,需要采用MRI进行鉴别。通过MRI对乳腺炎及乳腺癌进行诊断能够在很大程度上提高疾病的诊断准确率,通过各种参数成像、软组织分辨率等特点为主治医生提供更加可靠的诊断依据。

MRI Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis Value of Mastitis and Breast Cancer

Objective:To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mastitis and breast cancer.Methods:30 patients diagnosed with mastitis or breast cancer by pathological examination in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study,among which 13 patients were diagnosed with mastitis and 16 patients were diagnosed with breast cancer,and the 30 patients were diagnosed with MRI under the same conditions.Results:13 patients with mastitis on MRI in the diagnosis of the patient's clinical symptoms of breast augmentation,inverted nipple,skin thickening,glands appeared a flake of abnormal signal,and to enhance the signal,in 13 patients with mastitis of the pus cavity in 4 patients,2 patients showed irregular shape bump of mammary gland inside edge and burr;16 patients with breast cancer were diagnosed by MRI found,of which 12 patients with clinical symptoms of the patients was multiple and single interface is not clear,the non-uniform strengthen lump,the edge is short-tempered,four cases of breast cancer patients diagnosed by MRI found no bump,and glands signal strength uneven,appear on the clinical manifestations of breast augmentation,inverted nipple,thickening of the skin and the areola significantly improved.Conclusion:In clinical medicine,the imaging manifestations of mastitis and breast cancer have their own characteristics,but some special mastitis and breast cancer types are easy to be confused in the process of diagnosis,which need to be differentiated by MRI.The diagnosis of mastitis and breast cancer by MRI can improve the diagnosis accuracy of the disease to a great extent.It is a worthy application to provide more reliable diagnosis basis for treating doctors through various parameters imaging,soft tissue resolution and other characteristics.
