| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术对机体应激反应的影响。方法:回顾分析本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的80例输尿管上段结石患者临床资料,随机均分为两组,对照组选用输尿管硬镜,观察组选用输尿管软镜。结果:两组结石清除率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组Cor、CRP、IL-6含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术可以在确保疗效的情况下减轻机体应激反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope on stress response of the body.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in stone clearance between the two groups(P>0.05).The contents of Cor,CRP and il-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope can reduce the stress response of the body while ensuring the curative effect. |
