Protaper机根管预备联合盐酸米诺环素辅助治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的可行性分析

目的:探讨Protaper机根管预备联合盐酸米诺环素辅助治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的可行性。方法:选择在本院就诊的牙周-牙髓联合症患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均行根管治疗、Protaper机根管预备和牙周基础治疗,治疗组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗,对照组给予碘甘油治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后牙周临床指标。比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的各项牙周临床指标均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组患者改善更好,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:Protaper机根管预备联合盐酸米诺环素辅助治疗牙周牙髓联合病,在保证安全性的前提下,能更有效的改善患者的牙周临床指标,总体效果优于使用碘甘油辅助治疗,具有可行性。

Feasibility of Protaper Root Canal Preparation Combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Periodontal-endodontic Lesions

Objective:To explore the feasibility of Protaper root canal preparation combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with periodontal-endodontic disease treated in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.All patients underwent root canal therapy,Protaper root canal preparation and periodontal basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment,and the control group was treated with iodoglycerin.Compare the periodontal clinical indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Before treatment,the periodontal clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment.The patients in the treatment group improved better.The difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Protaper root canal preparation combined with minocycline hydrochloride as an adjuvant treatment for periodontal and pulp disease can improve the periodontal clinical indicators of patients more effectively,and the overall effect is better than using iodine glycerin Treatment is feasible and worthy of clinical promotion.
