比较腹腔镜结直肠癌标本经自然腔道取出术(NOSE)与常规腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术(LCR)对患者术后康复的影响

目的:探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌标本经自然腔道取出术(NOSE)与常规腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术(LCR)对患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取本院治疗的108例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法,将其分为两组各54例。对照组进行常规LCR手术治疗,观察组进行腹腔镜结直肠癌标本NOSE治疗。对比两组患者的手术时间、出血量、术后排气及住院时间。对比两组患者的炎症因子水平,包括肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等。结果:两组患者手术时间、出血量无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的术后排气时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);术后3d,观察组患者的TNF-α、CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规LCR手术相比,腹腔镜结直肠癌标本NOSE手术治疗可缩短术后恢复时间,减少炎症因子释放,降低对患者免疫功能的影响,更具应用价值。

Compare the Effect of Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Specimens with Natural Cavity Removal(NOSE)and Conventional Laparoscopic Radical Colorectal Cancer(LCR)on Postoperative Recovery

Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic colorectal cancer specimens(NOSE)and conventional laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer(LCR)on postoperative rehabilitation.Methods:One hundred and eight patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups of 54 cases by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional LCR surgery,and the observation group was treated with NOSE in laparoscopic colorectal cancer specimens.The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust and hospital stay were compared between the two groups of patients.The levels of inflammatory factors,including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP),were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time and bleeding volume between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).3 days after the operation,the observation group's The levels of TNF-αand CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional LCR surgery,laparoscopic colorectal cancer specimens with NOSE surgery can shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the release of inflammatory factors,and reduce immune system The impact of the function is more applicable.
