蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸100例临床分析

摘    要:目的:探究蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效及安全性,为临床医师选择合理治疗方案提供参考。方法:选择凌源市中心医院在2018年1月~2019年1月收治的新生儿病理性黄疸患儿100例为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组、观察组(每组50例)。对照组给予蓝光照射治疗,观察组应用蓝光照射+白蛋白静脉滴注治疗,对比两组的总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:两组病理性黄疸新生儿治疗前TBIL、DBIL、IBIL水平并无统计学差异性,P>0.05。治疗后,观察组患儿的TBIL、DBIL、IBIL水平以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异性对比,P<0.05。结论:蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸具有较好的临床疗效及安全性,特别是蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗病理性黄疸效果确切,能够明显改善患者胆红素水平。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice,and to provide a reference for clinicians to choose a reasonable treatment plan.Methods:100 neonates with pathological jaundice who were admitted to Lingyuan Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group(each group using random number grouping).Group of 50 patients.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with blue light irradiation+albumin intravenous drip.The total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)levels were compared in both groups.Reaction rate.Results:The levels of TBIL,DBIL and IBIL were not statistically different between the two groups of pathological jaundice newborns before treatment:P>0.05.After treatment,the levels of TBIL,DBIL,IBIL and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant:P<0.05.Conclusion:Blue light irradiation has good clinical efficacy and safety in treating neonatal pathological jaundice,especially blue light irradiation combined with intravenous infusion of albumin for pathological jaundice has a clear effect and can significantly improve the bilirubin level of patients.Promotion and application.
