锁骨远端微孔锁定钢板对比锁骨钩钢板在锁骨远端NeerⅡ型骨折治疗中的价值

目的:对锁骨远端NeerⅡ型骨折患者分别采取微孔锁定钢板、锁骨钩钢板两种方案治疗,对比其应用价值。方法:选取在本院治疗的52例锁骨远端NeerⅡ型骨折患者,将其分为两组。对照组26例,采取锁骨钩钢板治疗;观察组26例,采取锁骨远端微孔锁定钢板治疗。结果:两组患者出血量、手术及住院时间等围手术期指标无明显差异(P>0.05);术后6个月,观察组患者的Constant-Murley评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:两种术式治疗锁骨远端NeerⅡ型骨折均能够取得确切的效果,其中,微孔锁定钢板治疗患者关节功能恢复更好,具有一定优势。

The Value of Micro-hole Locking Plate Versus Clavicle Hook Plate in the Treatment of Neer Type II Fracture of Distal Clavicle

Objective:To treat patients with Neer typeⅡfracture of distal clavicle with two methods:microporous locking plate and clavicle hook plate respectively,and compare their application value.Methods:Fifty-two patients with Neer type II fractures of the distal clavicle treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.26 cases in the control group were treated with clavicle hook plate;the 26 patients in the observation group were treated with microporous locking plates at the distal clavicle.Results:There were no significant differences in perioperative indicators such as bleeding volume,surgery and length of stay in the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the Constant-Murley score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two kinds of surgical methods can achieve exact results in treating Neer type II fractures of the distal clavicle.Among them,the micro-hole locking plate has better recovery of joint function and has certain advantages.
