彩超在子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌症的诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床应用

目的:分析彩超在子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌症的诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年2月~2019年4月接收的24例子宫腺肌症患者为对照组,选取同期接收的24例子宫肌瘤患者为试验组,对两组患者均采用彩超进行检查,观察两组患者超声声像图表现以及搏动指数、血流量和子宫动脉阻力指数。结果:试验组患者超声图像主要表现为子宫均匀增大,以低回声为主;对照组患者超声图像主要表现为子宫轻度弥漫性增大,以中高回声为主。同时试验组患者和对照组患者在搏动指数、血流量和子宫动脉阻力指数等方面均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌症患者彩超具有良好的诊断价值。

Clinical Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Uterine Fibroids and Adenomyosis

Objective:To analyze the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.Methods:Twenty-four patients with adenomyosis received in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the control group,and 24 patients with uterine fibroids received during the same period were selected as the test group.Color Doppler ultrasound was used for both groups Observe the sonographic performance and pulsatility index,blood flow and uterine artery resistance index of the two groups of patients.Results:The ultrasound images of patients in the test group mainly showed a uniform enlargement of the uterus,mainly with low echo;the ultrasound images of the patients in the control group mainly showed a mild diffuse increase in the uterus,mainly with medium and high echo.At the same time,there were statistically significant differences in pulsatility index,blood flow and uterine artery resistance index between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has good diagnostic value for color Doppler ultrasound in patients with uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
