胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床疗效

目的:观察胰岛素泵治疗在初诊2型糖尿病中的临床疗效。方法:将148例初诊2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗组和胰岛素泵组,常规治疗组给予胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗,胰岛素泵组给予胰岛素泵治疗,将两组治疗结果进行对比分析。结果:治疗后,胰岛素泵组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)各指标下降系数均大于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,胰岛素泵组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高于常规治疗组,丙二醛(MD)水平低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,胰岛素泵组胰岛素曲线下面积(AUC)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)增加和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)降低幅度均大于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:对初诊2型糖尿病患者,与多次皮下注射胰岛素相比,胰岛素泵治疗可更有效控制血糖、改善脂代谢紊乱、改善胰岛β细胞功能、减轻胰岛素抵抗、减低炎症因子水平。

Clinical Effect of Insulin Pump on Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of insulin pump therapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods:148 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into a conventional treatment group and an insulin pump group.The conventional treatment group was treated with multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin,and the insulin pump group was treated with insulin pump.The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),triglyceride(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)indexes of the insulin pump group were significantly higher than those of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,The superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of the insulin pump group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group,and the malondialdehyde(MD)level was lower than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the area under the insulin curve(AUC),The increase of pancreaticβ-cell function index(HOMA-β)and decrease of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were larger than those of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with multiple subcutaneous insulin injections,insulin pump therapy can more effectively control blood glucose,improve lipid metabolism disorders,improve isletβ-cell function,reduce insulin resistance,and reduce inflammatory factor levels in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.
