上消化道出血患者应用消化内镜治疗的临床效果分析

目的:探讨上消化道出血患者应用消化内镜治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2018年12月在本院接受治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,均为上消化道出血患者,平均分为两组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用消化内镜治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、止血时间和住院时间的情况进行对比。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组止血时间优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将消化内镜应用在上消化道出血患者中,可以有效提高患者的治疗效果,达到良好的止血效果,同时还可以缩短患者的住院时间。

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Digestive Endoscopy in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of digestive endoscopy in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:Select in February 2018~December 2018 in our hospital for treatment of 60 patients as the research object,are for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,average divided into two groups,control group using conventional drug treatment,observation group was treated with digestive endoscopy,to the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients,the bleeding time and hospital stay were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of digestive endoscopy in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,achieve good hemostasis effect,and shorten the hospital stay of patients.
