尿液干化学法配以尿沉渣镜检法的检验效果分析

摘    要:目的:研究尿液干化学法和尿沉渣镜检法联合使用的检验效果。方法:将于2017年6月~2018年6月在本院需接受尿检的患者400例纳为研究对象,根据施以的尿检方法的不同,将患者均分为单一组和联合组,单一组以尿液干化学法行单一尿检,联合组以尿液干化学法和尿沉渣镜检法行联合尿检,将两组的临床检验效果作为观察指标。结果:联合组检验结果的误诊率、出错率、漏诊率均显著低于单一组(P<0.05);联合组与单一组检验的白细胞阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:虽然尿液干化学法和尿沉渣镜检法联合尿检的方法与尿液干化学法单一尿检的白细胞阳性率无显著差异,但前者较后者尿检的准确性更高、错误率更小。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of urine dry chemistry and urine sediment microscopy.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital to accept the urine of patients 400 cases as the research object,according to different with method of urine,the patients were divided into single and joint group,a single set of line with urine dry chemistry method single urine,joint group in urine dry chemistry method and microscopic examination of the urine sediment method with combined urine test,the two groups of clinical test results as observation index.Results:The misdiagnosis rate,error rate and missed diagnosis rate of the combined group were significantly lower than that of the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in leucocyte positive rate between the combined group and the single group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Although there is no significant difference in the leucocyte positive rate between urine dry chemical method and urine sediment microscopy combined with urine dry chemical method and urine dry chemical method alone,the former has higher accuracy and smaller error rate than the latter,so it is worth to popularize and apply in clinical practice.
