多频振动排痰仪对于改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能指标的研究

目的:探讨多频振动排痰仪对于改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能指标的价值。方法:收集本院慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴咳痰的患者,临床表现为发热、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气急等,随机分为:50例研究组和50例对照组。两组基础治疗均相同,研究组采取多频振动排痰仪排痰,对照组采取人工叩背排痰。对比研究组和对照组治疗后肺功能指标;研究组和对照组治疗前后生活质量;研究组和对照组治疗后临床症状好转时间。结果:研究组治疗后肺功能指标优于对照组,比较有差异(P<0.05);研究组和对照组治疗前生活质量比较无差异(P>0.05);研究组和对照组治疗后生活质量,比较有差异(P<0.05);研究组治疗后临床症状好转时间短于对照组,两组结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:多频振动排痰仪可以明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床症状及肺功能指标,方法优于传统人工叩背排痰。

A Study on the Improvement of Pulmonary Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease by Multi-frequency Vibrosputum Efflux

Objective:To investigate the value of multi-frequency vibratory sputum emission(vse)in improving lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd).Methods:Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital with sputum cough were randomly divided into 50 study group and 50 control group.The basic treatment of the two groups was the same,the study group adopted the multi-frequency vibration sputum removal device,and the control group adopted the artificial back tapping to expel sputum.Lung function indexes after treatment were compared between the study group and the control group.Quality of life before and after treatment in the study group and control group;The clinical symptoms of the study group and control group improved after treatment.Results:The lung function index of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in quality of life between the study group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The quality of life after treatment was different between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom improvement time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group after treatment,and the results of the two groups were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-frequency vibro-sputum excretion instrument can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function indicators of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and the method is better than traditional artificial back tapping for sputum excretion.
