经尿道汽化电切术在高危前列腺增生症中的临床研究(附68例报道)

目的：探讨经尿道汽化电切术(TUVP)治疗高龄、高危前列腺增生症(BPH)的有效性。方法：采用TUVP治疗BPH68例，其中3度增生49例，4度增生19例，55例行前列腺全切除，13例行前列腺部分切除。结果：全部患者均成功。随访4～30个月，主客观症状明显改善。结论：TUVP是治疗BPH的安全有效方法，尤适用于高龄、高危及有合并症的BPH患者。

Treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate in high risk patients( report of 68 cases)

Objective:To probe into the curative effects of TUVP for the aged patients with serious BPH.Methods: The treatments of TUVP were given to 68 patients with BPH, of whom 49 patients had a prostatic hyperplasia of third degree and 19 patients had a fourth-degree prostatic hyperplasia. In the cases 55 patients were abscised whole prostates and 13 patients were partly abscised.Results: all the operations for them were successful and stable,except that one patient needed a transfusion of maniple blood. None of them got TURS.Two to five days later the catheters were pulled out after the operations and their urination was unblocked. The patients were followed up for 4 to 30 months and their subjective and objective symptoms were obviously improved.Conclusions: TUVP is safe and effective for the patients with BPH ,especialy for the aged patients with BPH and concomitant symptoms.
