| Abstract: | As more and more new techniques and methods are being developed for clinical objective,some new technical,ethical and social questions also come forth and restrain the extension of the methods.This review summarizes the technical and ethical problems related to clinical usage of the polymerase chain reaction(PCR),shows the importance of standardization of the technique and gives several suggestions to resolve the problems. |
