| 摘 要： | 采用基因工程技术克隆表达了丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）－Core-Ns3-Ns4优势表位嵌合抗原，研制出金标渗透法快速检测丙型肝炎病毒抗体试剂，与抗丙型肝炎病毒抗体酶联免疫检测试剂（HCV－ELISA）和重组免疫印迹分析检测试剂（HCV－RIBA3.0)进行了比较，其特异性、敏感性均达到了ELISA试剂水平。

| Abstract: | The recombinant chimeric dominant epitope antigens of hepatitis C virus,including Core,nonstructure 3(NS3),nonstructure 4(NS4)region,were expressed in E.coli and purified by ion exchange chromatographic method.In consequence,a set of dot immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA)reagent was established.Then the specificity and sensitivity of this method were compared with enzyme linked immunosobent assay (ELISA)and recombinant immunoblot assay (RIBA).The results showed that the specificity and sensitivity of DIGFA are in the same level as HCV EIA. |
