| 摘 要： | 目的观察补肾健脾通络中药治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将骨质疏松症患者分为治疗组(39例,口服补肾健脾通络中药 复方氨基酸螯合钙)和对照组(41例,口服阿法骨化醇 复方氨基酸螯合钙),治疗6个月后观察主要症状体征的变化、骨代谢指标及骨密度的改变。结果治疗组和对照组在临术疗效和骨密度、骨代谢疗面作用相当(P>0.05);但在症状、体征方面治疗组较对照组明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论补肾健脾通络中药治疗骨质疏松症疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of "Bushen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction" on primary osteoporosis. Methods 80 cases of osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in which 39 cases were treated with the Decoction and compound Calcium Amino Acid Chelate Capsules, and control group in which 41 cases were treated with alfacalcidol and compound Calciam Acid Chelate Capsule.After 6 months,we assessed the change of the main symptoms, functional indicators,bone metabolic indicators and bone density. Results The efficacy of treatment and control groups is rather similiar(P > 0.05). Conclusion The Decoction has positive effect on osteoporosis. |
