脂肪肝超声表现与甘油三脂改变相关分析

目的B超扫描结合实验室检验分析脂肪肝与年龄以及血液中甘油三脂浓度的相关性。方法从参加健康体检经B超确认为脂肪肝的2106例中随机抽样276例，按年龄分成3组：35岁及以下组(A组)、35～55岁组(B组)、55岁及以上组(C组)，统计年龄与脂肪肝程度的相关性；实验室检验分析血液中甘油三脂的浓度，并结合声像图表现，比较得出甘油三脂浓度与脂肪肝程度的相关性。结果276名脂肪肝患者中．男性242例(87．68％)；A、C组以轻度脂肪肝居多，B组以中、重度脂肪肝居多；轻度脂肪肝101例中，22例(21.78％)甘油三脂升高，中度及重度脂肪肝175例中，88例(50．29％)甘油三脂升高。结论对于早期脂肪肝，超声检查比实验室甘油三脂检测有着更高的灵敏度；通过声像图及实验室检验对比分析可得脂肪肝程度与血液中甘油三脂水平超标比例呈正相关。

Relativity Analysis between Fatty Liver Ultrasonography and Blood Triglyceride Level

Objective Ultrasonography B and laboratory tests were recruited to investigate the relativity between the fatty liver and triglyceride level in blood.Methods 276 individuals were sampled randomly from 2106 physical examination attendees with fatty liver and were grouped by ages:35 or less years old (Group A),35~55 years old (Group B),55 or more years old (Group C).Compare the ultrasonic images and blood triglyceride levels to study their relationships.Results Male (242 individuals) covered 87.68% of the whole 276 samples.The extent of fatty liver in group B was more serious than that in group A and group C.Blood triglyceride level was beyond standard:22(21.78%) out of 101 low grade fatty liver samples,88 ( 50.29%) out of 175 middle or high grade fatty liver samples.Conclusion Ultrasonography was more sensitive than blood triglyceride level test for low grade fatty liver.The grade of fatty liver and the percentage of abnormal blood triglyceride level samples showed positive correlation.
