| 摘 要： | 寒痹外用方是中日友好医院阎小萍教授创立的系列外用中药制剂之一,主要用于治疗强直性脊柱炎肾虚督寒证患者。近期我们观察了寒痹外用方对强直性脊柱炎肾虚督寒证的近期止痛作用,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1病例选择全部病例均来自于2005年1月-5月中日友好医院中医风湿病科住院患者。男25例,女6例,男女之比4.17∶1;平均年龄(34.79±7.03)岁;平均起病年龄(21.77±8.56)岁(12～41岁);平均病程(6.12±3.24)年。其中5例服用慢作用药物(柳氮磺胺吡啶),11例服用解热止痛药(扶他林4例,莫比可3例,戴芬2例,芬必得2例),近3个月均未更改使用。1.2病例纳…
