免疫细胞在牙周炎症中的作用研究进展

牙周炎是牙齿颈部菌斑生物膜与宿主免疫防御之间相互作用引起的炎症反应。牙周病原菌的入侵,激活宿主固有免疫和适应性免疫反应。牙周炎的持续存在,大量的免疫细胞参与炎症过程,发挥了双重作用:一方面吞噬病原菌,阻止细菌入侵;另一方面分泌各种细胞因子,最终导致牙周支持组织的丧失。本文将从中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞两方面对近年来牙周炎与宿主免疫反应方面的研究做一综述。

Research progress on immune cell function in dental periodontal inflammation

Periodontitis is an inflammatory disease caused by the interaction between bacteria plaque biofilm and the host′s immune defense.Invasion of periodontal pathogens activates host innate and adaptive immune responses.With the persistence of periodontitis,a large number of immune cells participate in the inflammatory process.On one hand,they play a vital role in phagocytosis of pathogenic bacteria,thus preventing the invasion of bacteria.On the other hand,they secrete various cytokines that eventually lead to the loss of periodontal tissue.This article will review the research on periodontitis and host immune response in recent years from the aspects of neutrophils and lymphocytes.
