68例死亡病例的医院感染分析

本文对323例住院死亡病例进行了分析,其中发生院内感染者21.1％。同时对住院时间,临床科别,感染部位,以及感染的危险因素等进行了分析,住院时间越长感染机会越多,所有科别当中,内科感染率最高,感染部位以下呼吸道最多。

Analysis of the 68 Death Cases with Nosocomial Infection

In this paper, 323 cases of death in our hospital were analysed. 21.1% of 323 cases suffered from nosocominal infection. The period of hospitalization. clinical department, sites and dangerous factors of nosocominal infection were also discused, the longer period was the hospitalization, the more frequent was the nosocominal infection, The internal medicine had the highest infection rate among all clinical depart- ments, the infection occured most frequently in lower respiratory tract of all sites of infection.
