| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨先天性肌性斜颈的手术治疗方法。 方法 :对 39例先天性肌性斜颈患者采用胸锁乳突肌切断松解进行治疗 ,术中强调彻底松解 ,使胸锁乳突肌充分回缩 ,术后采用侧卧式训练方法。结果:2 8例经 1～ 5年随访 ,效果较好 ,优良率 96 %。 结论 :3～ 5岁为先天性肌性斜颈最佳手术年龄段 ,而胸锁乳突肌切断松解为首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To Discuss the effect of the congenital muscular torticollis (CMT) corrective operation. Methods: To cut off sternocleidomastoid muscle and loose it of the surgical operation method of the congenital muscular torticollis of 39 examples,make sternocleidomastoid muscle go back and contract fully,adopt and incline the horizontal method of training after the operation. Results: After regular visits to the 28 cases from 1 to 5 years,the results are better,the fine rate accounts for more than 96%? Conclusion: The best time to therepy the congenital muscular torticollis(CMT) is between 3 and 5 years old,to make sternocleidomastoid muscle cut off and loose is first to refer. |
