Abstract:Objective:To establish the method of fingerprint analysis in Herba isodonis ternifoliae(HIT)by HPLC to establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality of HIT.Methods:RP-HPLC was used on a C18 column(4.6 ×250 mm,5 μm) with a mixture solution of acetonitrile,methanol and 0.05% H3PO4 as mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow was 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃ while the detection wavelength was 207nm.Results:The HPLC fingerprints of HIT was established and showed 9 characteristic peaks while the mangiferin internal standard has been used as reference peak.The similarity of fingerprints in 12 batch HIT samples were higher than 0.90 and meet the requirements of fingerprints technology.Conclusion:The RP-HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of HIT which established in study is highly accuracy,good reproducibility and stability,can be the reference and useful for actualize standardization planting and the quality control of HIT.
