乳腺疾病126例钼靶X线检查与病理资料对照分析

目的探讨钼靶X线检查对乳腺良、恶性病变的诊断价值,分析误诊原因。方法回顾性总结经钼靶X线检查诊断并经病理证实的乳腺疾病126例临床资料,分析比较影像与病理学资料。结果 126例中病理诊断恶性病变83例、良性病变43例。钼靶X线检查误诊13例,恶性病变误诊为良性3例,分别为导管内癌、黏液腺癌、髓样癌;良性病变误诊为恶性10例,其中增生性疾病4例、纤维腺瘤3例、慢性炎症2例、脂肪坏死1例。结论术前钼靶X线检查应作为乳腺病变的常规诊断方法,但对于肿瘤组织分化好及早期乳腺癌与良性疾病的鉴别存在一定难度。
