| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾集合管癌(collecting duct carcinoma,CDC)误诊的原因,提高本病的临床诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我院1例误诊为肾盂肾炎的CDC临床资料。结果患者因全程无痛性肉眼血尿1月余,当地医院查尿常规考虑为肾盂肾炎,治疗无效转入我院,CT检查示右肾占位性病变,行右肾肿瘤根治性切除术,术后病理检查及免疫组化证实为CDC,患者术后恢复顺利,随访5个月生活质量良好。结论 CDC临床较为罕见并具有很强侵袭性,病理学检查是确诊CDC的唯一可靠方法,治疗以根治性肾切除为主,术后坚持随访。
