| 摘 要： | 前部缺血性视神经病变(anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,AION)分为动脉炎性和非动脉炎性两类,而以后者多见。目前国内外尚没有确切有效的药物能促进AION视力恢复,中医采用辨证治疗、分期论治的治疗思路,运用中药、针灸或中药针剂等方法治疗AION效果较好,具有一定优势。本文就AION的中医药治疗做了综述并提出展望。

| Abstract: | Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy（AION）is classified into 2 types： the arteritic form,and nonarteritic form,and the latter is more common.Until now no effective medicine is available for the recovery of visual function of AION in the world.Whereas the Chinese herbal medicine and its injective ampules as well as acupuncture and moxibustion have some advantages in treating AION according to syndrome differentiation and stages classification.The aim of this paper was to make a summary and a prospect about it. |
