瑞芬太尼在全麻术后苏醒期的应用

目的 观察瑞芬太尼对全麻术后苏醒期不良反应的影响.方法 选择全麻手术患者60例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例.研究组:术毕给予瑞芬太尼0.04 μg/(kg·min),持续静滴;对照组:术毕给予生理盐水,拔管后停药.在全麻苏醒期观察患者的血压、心率、血氧饱和度、呛咳及躁动情况.结果 与对照组比较,研究组在苏醒期血压波动、心率波动、躁动、呛咳的发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 瑞芬太尼可以抑制全麻术后苏醒期不良反应.

APPLICATION OF REMIFENTANIL DURING THE PERIOD OF WAKING UP AFTER GENERAL ANESTHESIA

Objective To study the effects of remifentanil on the adverse reactions during the period of waking up after general anesthesia.Methods 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups.In the research group,0.04 μg/(kg·min) of remifentanil was used after the operation,while normal saline was used and drug withdrawal was done after tube drawing in the contrast group.The blood pressure,heart rate,oxyhemoglobin saturation,cough and dysphoria were observed in both groups.Results The rates of blood pressure fluctuations,heart rate fluctuations,cough and dysphoria were more significantly decreased in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil can inhibit the adverse reactions during the period of waking up after general anesthesia.
