老年男性抑郁症患者血清免疫球蛋白和补体的随访研究

目的:对老年抑郁症患者与健康人群血清免疫球蛋白和补体水平进行随访检测,探讨免疫球蛋白和补体在抑郁症发病机制中的作用. 方法:检测63例首发老年男性抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)的血清免疫球蛋白和补体水平,并设20名健康对照.半年后根据疗效分为临床症状控制组(41例)和临床症状未控制组(22例),分别检测血清免疫球蛋白和补体水平并与对照组进行比较. 结果:首发老年男性抑郁症组血清免疫球蛋白水平显著低于健康对照组(P＜0.05),C3水平高于健康对照组(P＜0.05).半年后临床症状控制组血清免疫球蛋白和补体水平改善,与健康对照组差异无统计学意义,而临床症状未控制组则与首次检测结果相仿. 结论:血清免疫球蛋白和补体C3水平可能是老年男性抑郁症的免疫学标志之一,检测其含量有助于判断临床疗效.

A follow up study of immunoglobulin and complement in male aged patients with depression

Objective:To investigate the significance of the immunoglobulin and complement in depression by checking the content in serum and following up.Method:63 male aged patients with first-onset depression were selected as study group.20 healthy subjects were selected randomly as control group.The contents of the immunoglobulin and complement in serum of all cases were tested when admission.63 patients were divided into well-alleviated group(41 cases) and badly-alleviated group(22 cases) according to their clinical outcomes after 6 months.Then the contents of the immunoglobulin and complement in serum of all patients were checked again and compared.Results:The male aged patients with depression showed lower contents of the immunoglobulin and higher contents of the complement 3 compared with control group(all P<0.05).After 6 months the contents of the immunoglobulin and complement in the well-alleviated group were improved,and not statistically different from the control group.But the contents of the immunoglobulin and complement in the badly-alleviated group were similar to the first results.Conclusion:The immunoglobulin and complement 3 are possibly immunological markers of depression among the male aged people,and may contribute to evaluating the clinical outcome.
